If you want a thinner sauce for your salad, add 3 to 4 tablespoons water. I kept the sauce thick here and added only around 1 to 2 tablespoons water. Just combine tahini, maple syrup, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl and whisk until combined. This dressing/sauce is super easy to make. I highly recommend not skipping the final drizzle on top.
